Easy to Use

There are 3 user levels in Approve Your Plan. Each one is easy to learn and use. The average time to become functional is under 5 minutes.

System Administrator:

  • Sets up the firm's Internal Users, and
  • Uploads Firm's ID/Logo and up to 4 images for corporate branding.

Internal Users:

  • Sets up projects,
  • Enters client and/or supplier information,
  • Establishes project, client and other project members' usage rights, and
  • Uploads drawings and comments for a client to review.

External Users:

  • A client is automatically notified by email that your drawing is ready for review,
  • The client reviews your drawing,
  • The client can easily mark up (but not change) and comment on the drawing,
  • The client sets their approval status for drawing, and
  • Then automatically returns it for you to see.

Whether you are the System Administrator, an Internal or an External User, you can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes.

Approve Your Plan is an online design and approval system. It allows you to upload any size drawing for a client or supplier to view, save, print, mark up, comment on and assign an approval status. When they are through they simply press the save button and you are automatically notified that the drawing has been reviewed. Any comments and mark ups are immediately available for you to see.

The mark-up system is layered so the original drawing is never altered. All communications and reviews are saved in chronological order so you always have an audit trail and can quickly review a project's entire history. You can even incorporate external communications such as phone calls and emails in the system.
